“SAND IT” won the iF Product Design Award 2021
KING JIM Corporation (Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo) is pleased to announce that its thickness-adjustable card and document holders “SAND IT”, released on September 2020, has won the iF Product Design Award 2021 represents one of the world’s most prestigious design competitions for well-designed industrial goods.
“SAND IT” helps you easily organize documents by just throwing them in. It is unique in that its elastic string adjusts the thickness in accordance with the contents. In addition to documents, clear file holders and thick booklets can also be stored. 2 tabs for classifying contents are inside.
“SAND IT” has now won its third design award, following the Good Design Award 2020 (Japan) and the 3rd prize in Filing Category of the Stationery Shop Award (Japan). The iF Product Design Award 2021 will be the first award for this product in overseas design contests.
