This screen shows at a glance all of the notes you have shot. To use any feature, just tap the heading.

Scroll the page by flicking downwards. Swipe to the left or right to make the delete button appear.

For an Android application, the display, the button layouts and the operation might differ depending on the model. Also, an updated version might look different and work differently depending on the version.

A.Shooting Mode Shoot the note, and the image will be automatically cropped and adjusted to fit your screen perfectly, as well as recording the date and number entered by OCR.

Shooting Notes Make sure that the markers are inside the guidelines and then tap the camera icon Once the Note is properly taken, the Organize Notes screen appears. Tap Save to save the note.

When the Markers are not Read Correctly

The note may not be properly recognized if the markers in the corners (GRAPHIC) are written on or are in any other way obscured When shooting a note, if there is any printed material or objects in the frame the note may not be read correctly. For best results the note must be flat and without folds or creases.

A-1. Organize Notes Tag, Number, or Date your note, and then save.

A-2. Tag Notes Tap and select tag from the list.

About the OCR

In order for the OCR to recognize dates or numbers, digits must be written darkly and legibly in black ink. Digits must be written in the furthermost left-hand side of each box. Dates must be entered as YY, MM, DD. For example, August 31st, 2011 would be written as 11 08 31.

Changing the Default Language to English

To change the default language of the Shot Note App to English, just change the language setting of your iPhone to English and the language will change automatically
